Wrong size, color, or change of mind

Because each item is printed on demand when you order, we cannot accept returns for wrong size, color, or change of mind. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering, or email info@coolbooby.com if you need help.

Damaged, defective, or misprinted items

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, we will send a free replacement or issue a full refund. No return shipment needed. Email info@coolbooby.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem.

Wrong or missing items

If you receive the wrong item or your order is incomplete, email info@coolbooby.com with your order number and we will make it right.

Lost or stuck shipments

If tracking has not updated or your package looks lost, contact us and we will work with the carrier to track it down or send a replacement.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. It usually takes a few business days to post to your bank.
